]]> Music Composer sought tag:mainefilm.info,2009:index.php/forums/viewthread/.29 2009-12-09T18:24:34Z mark ireland I’m hoping to locate some very beautiful, primarily acoustic music for an educational video on Merrymeeting Bay. There is a very scant budget for this, but I believe it will end up being a very high - end product which could garner much exposure. To that end, I’m open to using work which is already recorded, but would love to have compositions scored to the story.

Music qualities would likely include the themes: “calm”, “stirring”, “flowing”, “ethereal”, “emotive” (no, didn’t manage to film any predator/prey drama - so no chase music!)

My sense is that guitar, strings and/or piano would work best, but am open to suggestions. I know that much work around these days is computerized, new-age compositions.  I’m open to this if they are well done.
